On the18th of November, Mount Royal University will host an online conference surrounding the opportunities and challenges facing student journalism in the digital age. Taking place at 11 am MST, top Canadian Journalism educators will discuss the potential of student publications and news partnerships to fill growing local news gaps, cover traditionally under-represented communities and diversify stories.
